Return Conditions
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Any item returned with visible signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.

Returns sent without prior communication will not be accepted.

If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us by email at info@omlezo.com. Provide your order number and briefly explain to us your reason(s) for requesting a return or exchange. We can better serve you if we understand the reasons for your request. When we receive your package, we will refund the credit card you paid with for the full purchase price of your product(s), minus any applicable shipping costs. 

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

We do not refund shipping fees unless the item was received damaged or defective.

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.

Cancellations & Order Edits
Orders may be canceled or edited within 6 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@omlezo.com. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes due to our fast fulfillment process.

Final Notes
We do not accept returns on used, damaged, or customized items.

Refunds are processed in the original currency. Any conversion fees or rate differences are the customer’s responsibility.
